Representative of the region, the menu gives priority to seafood and local dishes, selected for their freshness and authentic flavours.

Depending on the season and what’s in his market, our chef Bernard BRANGER proposes

  1. his “Poêlée de Noix de St Jacques” (scallops in a rich sea urchin sauce)
  2. or “nage de Lotte” (monkfish in a creamy oyster and chervil sauce)
  3. or again his “Filet Mignon de lapin pané au sesame” (rabbit fillet coated in sesame seeds and served in an endive sauce)

So many dishes rich in colour and flavours!

Gastronomic delights at an affordable price, from the “Panier du Marché” to the “Seduction” menu, you’ll find the menu to suit your budget and the occasion.

The Restaurant seats 100 and also has private rooms for family or business groups.
